Operational ownership after launch.

Systems need care after they go live. We provide structured operational support for cloud environments and AI applications, so problems are noticed early and improvements keep coming.

Our view

The launch is the beginning of the system’s life.

Cloud environments drift, costs creep, and AI systems change behavior as data and usage change. Someone has to watch, respond, and improve. Managed operations gives that job a clear owner and a clear scope.

You are not required to buy ongoing services after an implementation. We document every system so your team can run it, and we offer operations for customers who prefer not to.

Scope

What an operations engagement can include.

  • Cloud monitoring and operational support

Health, availability, and capacity monitoring with defined alerting and response.

  • Incident handling and escalation

A written path from alert to response to resolution, including who is contacted and when.

  • Maintenance and updates

Patching, dependency updates, and release support on an agreed schedule.

  • AI quality and drift monitoring

Regular checks of AI outputs against agreed measures, with review when behavior changes.

  • Cost and performance reviews

Periodic reviews with recommendations you can act on.

  • Operational runbooks

Documented procedures for common tasks and failures, kept current.

  • Reliability improvements

Fixes for recurring issues, not just repeated recovery.

  • Ongoing optimization

A steady backlog of improvements prioritized with you.

Approach

How we run it.

Scope in writing

Coverage, escalation paths, and exclusions are set out in the agreement. Service categories on this page are not service-level commitments.

Visible work

Regular reporting on what was monitored, what happened, and what we recommend next.

Shared ownership

We work with your people and keep documentation current so you are never locked in by obscurity.

Tiers

Coverage matched to criticality.

Operations arrangements are structured in tiers based on how critical the system is and how much support you need. Coverage hours, response targets, and fees are defined in the agreement for the specific service. Where around-the-clock coverage is offered, the agreement states exactly what is covered, who responds, and what is excluded.

  • Business-hours or extended monitoring, as agreed
  • Defined escalation contacts on both sides
  • Monthly reporting and review
  • Change and release support

Good to know

No surprises.

  • No uptime, response-time, or support-hour commitment applies unless it is written into your agreement.
  • Access to your systems follows least privilege and is documented.
  • Ongoing services are optional, and the system stays yours to run.

Questions

Do we have to buy operations from you after you build something?

No. We document the system and hand over what your team needs. Operations is an option for customers who want continued ownership and improvement.

Can you operate systems you did not build?

Often, after a short review to understand the environment, its risks, and what documentation exists.

Is support available around the clock?

Coverage depends on the service and tier you choose, and is stated precisely in the agreement. We do not assume or advertise round-the-clock coverage for every engagement.

How are AI systems monitored?

Against measures agreed at launch, such as accuracy on a test set, escalation rates, cost, and user feedback, reviewed on a regular schedule.
