    Interviews with the people who do the work, and review of example documents, data, and systems.

  4. Readout and recommendations

    We walk you through the findings and recommended next steps, and you receive them in writing.

Deliverables are confirmed per assessment. The exact format and contents of the written report are agreed when we scope the work, so you know what you will receive before you commit.

Questions

How long does the assessment take?

We plan for about one to two weeks. We confirm the timeline when we scope it, because it depends on how many workflows are involved and how quickly we can get access to the information we need.

What does it cost?

It is a fixed fee agreed before you commit. We do not publish a price here yet; we will give you a written quote after a short conversation.

What do I need to prepare?

A short description of the workflow or problem, the people who do the work today, and an example of the documents or data involved. We tell you exactly what we need when we scope it.

Will you try to sell me a project?

The assessment produces recommendations you can act on with us, with someone else, or on your own. If we think AI is not worthwhile for you, we will say so.

Is my information kept confidential?

We handle your information under the terms of our agreement and limit access to what is needed for the assessment. Tell us about any sensitive data early so we can agree how it is handled.
